What tissue can harm our skin?

Do you often think about what you wear on yourself every day? Can we consider safe bright and fashionable clothes, which are daily stamped on numerous factories of the world? Today we will talk about some of the materials from which create clothes, bedding and other items of our daily use, which means that we are in constant contact with them, which does not significantly affect our health and appearance.

In total, there are four main types of natural fabrics that people have created in their long history of existence: linen, cotton, silk and, of course, wool. They are made from fibers of plant or animal origin, which means that they easily pass air and sun rays, in fact, being a part of nature itself, are not capable of causing any harm to the human body.

Another thing is fabric, which is called one concept - unnatural or synthetic. When they are manufactured, chemicals can be used, oil, coal and even glass, nature itself has not learned to decompose and “digest” such inventions of mankind, can they be called safe?

It is believed that all synthetic tissues, to varying degrees, are harmful to the skin and in general, to the human body as a whole. Most of them do not let air in or out of it in insufficient quantities, which does not allow the skin to "breathe", as a result - rashes, excessive sweating and irritation.

Synthetic badly warms at cold temperatures, and at high, on the contrary, prevents the inclusion of the natural mechanism of "self-cooling".

What only are the products from which most synthetic fabrics are made, which, as it turns out, can release toxic particles during ironing, retain odors for a long time and have a high degree of electrostaticity. But is everything as bad and which fabrics are we talking about? Let's see more in detail.

If on the label of your new blouse you have met the inscription - 100% viscose, then it is still not so bad. Many people are mistaken, believing that viscose is a natural fabric, in fact it is not.Despite the fact that it is made on the basis of cellulose, viscose still undergoes quite a serious chemical treatment.

By the way, it is she who is the first synthetic fabric created by man, and at the same time, it is not as harmful as all other types of synthetics. According to the properties, it resembles cotton: it allows air and is very pleasant to the touch.

However, there are also disadvantages: it is quite strongly crushed and quickly destroyed by the action of rain and oxygen. Because of this, additional ingredients are added to it that help prolong the life of viscose, but, unfortunately, this does not make it more useful for human skin, rather, on the contrary. By the way, it is from viscose filaments that they receive so-called "ceremonial" fabrics, such as velvet or satin.

Another, quite popular material of synthetic origin, which is also often considered natural, as it contains natural fibers. Thanks to such impregnations, a rather pleasant fabric is obtained that is practically not wrinkled and even partially passes oxygen.

It is interesting that it is often used to create diapers, children's and underwear.Meanwhile, it is nothing but a product derived from petroleum through a series of chemical reactions and substances, most of which are toxic carcinogens. Should I wear such clothes? It's up to you.

Often found in underwear, stockings, pantyhose and leggings, where it is added due to the high elasticity. It is a fast-drying and absorbent material that keeps its shape well. However, it is impossible to do without minuses - polyamide is included in the list of harmful materials, due to its not the safest composition, it quickly electrifies and practically does not keep heat.

Another synthetic material, which in appearance strongly resembles wool, but is not such and is much inferior to it in terms of useful properties. The basis of its production is natural gas, it is with its help, thanks to the most complex chemical reactions, the necessary components of the future acrylic are produced.

It is a very warm fabric, which is similar to wool, however, it misses the air badly, which leads to notorious consequences. In addition, it is difficult to call it practical - after the first wash it is strongly crushed and deformed.
