What is meditation?
Meditation is a process of focusing on one specific thing. When one meditates, the heart, soul and mind becomes one. The soul, heart and mind, altogether focuses on one subject, the subject that we desire to focus on and the subject could be anything, it could be desire of peace, it could be the desire to understand the meaning of certain aspects of life. Meditation allows us to focus better, to concentrate better. The solace and serenity that meditation offers is what makes meditation the most sought after practice. You choose a time that you think is apt for meditation; you choose a place that gives you peace. When you are choosing a place to meditate, you must make sure that the place has enough fresh air to breathe and is not suffocated in any sense. Now, the time that you must choose for meditation, should be the time when your mind is free of all worries and is fresh and morning is apt because you are fresh.
