Wash rice, pour water, salt, cook for 10-15 minutes. Add milk, let it boil and bring to readiness on a quiet fire under the lid. Stir jam in hot porridge, cool. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and sugar until fluffy foam and mix with warm porridge. If desired, add in a casserole pieces of fresh or dried fruit. We spread in a greased form, the top is leveled. The remaining oil is melted and lubricated with the top of the rice mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold, with sour cream or jelly.
