Pasta with shrimps, tomatoes and basil

Pasta with shrimps, tomatoes and basil- a recipe.


  1. 1 tsp. salt;
  2. 1/2 tsp. pepper;
  3. 1/2 tsp. onion powder;
  4. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder;
  5. 1/2 tsp. paprika;
  6. 900 grams of peeled shrimp;
  7. 6 tbsp. l. olive oil
  8. 6 cloves of garlic;
  9. 900 grams of cherry tomatoes, cut in half;
  10. a pinch of sugar
  11. 4 tbsp. l. chopped basil or 2-3 tsp. dried;
  12. 450 grams of pasta (penne);
  13. grated parmesan, salt and pepper, to taste.


Boil the pasta al dente. In a small bowl, mix all the spices. Put the shrimps in a plastic bag, put the spice mixture in there and shake well. &Nbsp;

Over medium-high heat, heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan and fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Reduce heat to medium, add 2 more tablespoons of olive oil and squeezed garlic. Stirring occasionally, add tomatoes and a pinch of sugar to the pan after a minute. After another 2-3 minutes, return the shrimp and lay out half the basil.Leave to cook on low heat, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. &Nbsp;

Drain the finished pasta (leave 1/4 cup of water in which it is boiled). Return the pasta to an empty pan, put the whole prepared filling with the sauce in the same place. Pour in 1/4 cup left water. Mix well. Serve with the rest of the basil, grated parmesan. Add salt and pepper to taste.
