Mini buns on a dry frying pan: air inside, an excellent base for sandwiches!

- 350 g flour
- 0.5–1 tsp salt
- 250 ml of water
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- Mixyeastwith sifted flour, add salt (the amount depends on your taste preferences), pour warm water.Knead the dough elastic dough that will not stick to your hands.
- Divide the com test into 2 parts, each of which is rolled into a layer about 4 mm thick. Glass cut circles.
- Place the dough circles on a flat surface and leave to part under the film for 15–20 minutes.
- Bakebuns in a dry frying pan(without oil) over medium heat. They are preparing quickly: just keep turning!
