For lovers of homemade ravioli, who do not want to spend time modeling, this recipe will be a real find. It takes much less time to cook lazy dumplings, and the result is a real crunch.
For the test:
- flour - 350-400 grams,
- water (warm) - 100 g;
- eggs - 2 pcs .;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp .;
- salt on the tip of the knife.
For minced meat:
- beef - 300 g;
- pork - 500 g;
- onion - 2 pcs .;
- salt and pepper to taste.
- tomatoes - 3-4 pcs .;
- 1 paprika pod;
- onion - 1-2 pcs .;
- garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- sugar - 1 tsp;
- spices, herbs, salt and pepper - to taste.
Stages of preparation:
Knead the dough, cover it with a film and leave for about an hour. Cooking stuffing. Roll out the dough rectangle and evenly distribute the stuffing on its surface.
Twist the dough with minced roll, cut into 5 cm wide slices.
We lay out the workpiece in the form, maintaining the distance between them. Pour sauce.
To prepare the sauce, fry onion, add the crushed tomatoes, paprika and stew for 5 minutes, then add garlic and greens, salt, pepper, dilute 1 glass of boiling water, let it boil and turn it off.
We send dumplings to the preheated 200 C oven for 30-40 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with herbs.
