Start cooking:

  1. Grind in a coffee grinder or blender oatmeal, ideally to a state of flour.
  2. Whisk dates with coconut milk into syrup.
  3. Mix the ingredients and let the mass stand for 5-10 minutes. If the dough remains thin, add the oatmeal, if it is very dry and thick, milk.
  4. Use wet hands to make balls, place them on a silicone baking mat or parchment, crush with a fork and bake for 20–30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

  • 250 g of banana pulp
  • half a cup of walnut paste or urbeche (preferably home-made)
  • a quarter cup ground or ground cocoa
  • vanilla pod

Start cooking:
