How to cook cream soup of spinach

You will need
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 1 clove of garlic;
  • - 100 g of pine nuts;
  • - 100 g of Suluguni cheese;
  • - 70 ml of cream;
  • - nutmeg;
  • - spinach;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - flour;
  • - salt.
Fry the pine nuts in a dry frying pan until they are ready. You will determine readiness by the fact that the nuts begin to shine.
Peel the garlic and onion, chop it the way you want. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and fry the onion with garlic and nutmeg. Leave the onion part intact - it will come in handy when we decorate the finished dish.
Using a strainer, squeeze the frozen chopped spinach. Together with roasted vegetables and nuts, put it in a blender. To taste, add salt and pepper and whisk until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
What turned out, you need to put in a saucepan. Add the cream there, stir and bring the mixture to a boil. If the result is too thick soup, dilute it with water.
Slice the suluguni.Heat the frying pan on the stove and fry the suluguni. In another pan, which should also be preheated, fry the onions breaded in flour. Onions should be fried until golden brown.
The soup is ready. Pour it into portions, garnish with cheese and fried onions and serve to the table.
