How to cook chicken in Spanish

You will need
  • - 800 g of potatoes
  • - 5 small bulbs

  • - 4 chicken legs
  • - olives
  • - ground black pepper
  • - olive oil
  • - salt
  • - 200 ml white wine
Peel potatoes. If the tubers are small, cut them in half, large potatoes are better to cut into several pieces. Leave the olives whole or chop.
In a pan, pre-oiled with olive oil, put chopped garlic cloves, onions, cut into rings, pour the mixture with white wine. Add black pepper, rosemary and salt to taste.
Simmer onion mixture for 10-15 minutes. Lay the chicken legs in a baking dish, lightly season with olive oil and cook in the oven until golden brown. Periodically add to the chicken cooked onion sauce.
A few minutes before being ready, pour the last portion of the sauce to the chicken legs and place the thinly sliced ​​lemon slices.
