How tasty cooked green beans with garlic

Garlic Bean Recipe

The advantage of beans is that it is rich in vitamins and is easy to prepare. Ready-made pods can be served as a separate dish or supplemented with any side dish.

Cooking process:

  1. Dip the pods in boiling and salted water for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Drain, dry pods and fry in olive oil.
  3. Add chopped garlic and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Put the beans on a baking sheet, sprinkle with sunflower oil, salt,pepper or sprinkle with spices.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

Sprinkle the prepared dish with finely chopped greens.

Beans with garlic and cherry tomatoes


  • Green pods - 400 gr.
  • Garlic - 3 tooth.
  • Cherry tomatoes - 4 pcs.
  • Butter - 3 tbsp. l
  • Greens - 1 bunch.
  • Salt, pepper - 6 gr.
  • Mayonnaise - 50 gr.


  1. Melt the butter in a well-heated pan, add finely chopped garlic and greens.
  2. Cut the pods into pieces, put them into the pan, mix everything and fry on high heat for 3 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer another 10-15 minutes with the lid closed.
  4. 5 minutes before the readiness, add mayonnaise and cherry tomatoes, all together put out a little.

Mayonnaise adds nutritional value to the dish, so it can be consumed without a side dish.

Garlic beans with soy sauce


  • Pods - 500 gr.
  • Garlic ─ 4 tooth.
  • Sweet pepper - 2 pcs.
  • Onion - 2 pcs.
  • Soy sauce - 3 tbsp. l
  • Lemon zest - 2 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil - 35 ml.
  • Greens - a bunch
  • Salt, pepper - to taste.


  1. Frozen or fresh pods boil 5 min.
  2. Peeled onion and pepper cut into small pieces.
  3. On hot vegetable oil, fry the coarsely chopped garlic for a couple of minutes.
  4. Add onion, pepper and beans, stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  5. At the end, add the soy sauce, finely chopped greens and lemon zest.

Salt and pepper gently, because soy sauce is salty in itself.

Garlic Beans with Champignons


  • Green pods - 350 gr.
  • Champignons - 200 gr.
  • Garlic - 3 tooth.
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l
  • Pepper, salt - to taste.

How to cook:

  1. In hot oil, fry onion until golden brown, add the champignons, mix and fry until brown.
  2. Add the pods and finely chopped garlic, mix and fry over medium heat for 7 minutes, without covering with a lid.

The dish turns out in itself nourishing, but you can serve it with rice or potatoes.
