Mix boiled soba with hot vegetables, pour in sauce, mix and serve.

Hearty salad

You can cook with noodles not only main dishes, but also salads. One of these will definitely have to your taste. Take:

  • dog - 50 g;
  • Peking cabbage - 0.5 head;
  • canned beans - 200 g;
  • onions - 1 pc .;
  • tomato - 1 pc.

For refueling:

  • rice vinegar - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • soy sauce - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • white wine - 1 tsp;
  • garlic - 2 tooth;

  • Beef - 400 g;
  • noodles - 50 g;
  • carrots - 1 pc .;
  • onions - 1 pc .;
  • garlic - 1 tooth .;
  • mushrooms - 100 g;
  • soy sauce;
  • spice.

Cut the meat and cook. The broth is 60 minutes long.

Prepare the vegetables: cut the onion and carrots, chop the mushrooms and put out a little, adding soy sauce. You can use mushrooms or oyster mushrooms. The latter should not be finely cut, so that they are not completely boiled soft.

Add the remaining ingredients to the beef broth and cook until ready. Before serving, put squeezed garlic and spices through a press.
