For 2 half-liter jars: clean the vegetables, chop and put them in a pan with hot oil. Add salt, sugar, simmer under the lid until cooked, adding water. Add vinegar. At the bottom of the banks put a clove, bay leaf. We spread the salad, roll the jars with lids.
